Does The Incline Village General Improvement District (“IVGID”) Receive C-Taxes? And If So, How Much?
Since we’ve elsewhere explained what consolidated taxes represent, here we examine whether IVGID, in particular, receives the proceeds from consolidated taxes? And if so, the amount.
Take a look at page 7, Schedule B-9, of the District’s 2026-27 Budget. There the reader will see the District’s receipt and budgeting of consolidated taxes (“CTX”). Meaning that the answer to the question of whether IVGID receives consolidated taxes, is yes.
So how much in C-tax revenues does the District realize each year? For 2026-27 the number is budgeted at $1,968,000. Up from $1,487,986 in 20161. A 24.39% increase.
And now you know!
